WE HAVE TWO STUDIOS

Studio 305: 1500 square feet and is more suitable for costume fittings, meetings and smaller shoots. It’s fully furnished with desks, a lounge area, fitting space and rolling racks. Northwest facing windows overlooking the DUMBO Arch

Studio 605: 1800 square feet and is perfect for fittings with A-list talent, launching a brand or for a private event. Our 605 loft is spacious yet intimate enough for your event. Seven windows facing South and Southwest, our loft omits a beautiful golden light in the early afternoon.

FURNISHINGS

We have two tables that can seat 20x and we are more than happy enough to assist with sourcing tables and chairs for your event.

Does the space have a bathroom?

Shared bathrooms are located in the hallway and require a keycard for entry.

Is there a freight entrance?

Yes we have a freight entrance located at 65 Pearl St along with a ramp for easy load in.
